The Stellic Implementation Project Team, in conjunction with our divisional partners in Phase 1 (Arts & Sciences, Engineering, and Peabody undergraduate advising and registrar’s offices), are wrapping up degree audit builds and are on track to finalize all versions of these audits by end of June 2024.
As we draw to a close on building and implementation activities, we are currently in the process of training divisional advising offices and partners on how to use Stellic for their daily activities, along with introducing how students will view Stellic. During this summer, advisors and others from Phase 1 schools will have access to a test instance of Stellic to explore and utilize to get comfortable with the system, prior to a soft launch to Phase 1 school students in Fall of 2024.
Simultaneously, Phase 2 schools have begun work on building and validating audits – this phase is scheduled to take place this summer, and includes the Carey Business School, Engineering for Professionals and select Public Health programs.
